1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CALLED IT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CALLED IT. If you are under 13, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Users located in the European Union must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By using CALLED IT, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate leaderboards, or circumvent suspensions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
4. Display Names
Display names must not be offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. Names are subject to a profanity filter. We reserve the right to reset any display name that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Gameplay Rules
- Picks are final. Once you submit a prediction, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
- Voided questions. Questions may be voided at our discretion due to postponed, cancelled, or abandoned matches, or other unforeseen circumstances. Picks on voided questions are refunded at the standard participation XP rate.
- Leaderboard rankings are computed in real-time and are not stored historically. Rankings may fluctuate as results are settled.
- Fair play. You must not use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any other means to manipulate the game, inflate XP, or gain an unfair advantage. Violations will result in account suspension or termination.
6. XP and Rewards
XP (experience points) earned through gameplay has no monetary value whatsoever. XP cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or transferred between accounts. XP and any associated levels, streaks, or achievements are cosmetic indicators of participation and skill only.
We reserve the right to adjust XP balances, modify the XP system, or reset leaderboards at any time.
7. Not a Gambling Service
CALLED IT is a free-to-play prediction game. No real money is wagered, staked, or required to participate. There are no prizes, rewards, or payouts with monetary value. CALLED IT is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service and should not be treated as one.
8. Intellectual Property
The CALLED IT name, brand, logo, visual design, content, and underlying code are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any XP, achievements, or other in-game progress may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
CALLED IT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CALLED IT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CALLED IT after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of CALLED IT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
